El Presidente Barack Obama envenenó las aguas del debate migratorio, tal vez de modo irreparable, con el anuncio de una orden administrativa que suspende las deportaciones a personas que calificarían para el amparo de un DREAM Act.  Vuelve a imponerse el cinismo ante el Estado de Derecho, en nombre de una efímera lisonja electorera que no traerá cambios ni reformas, y que dificulta innecesariamente ésa tarea para un posible gobierno sucesor.
